My weaknesses have always been food and men – in that order. Dolly Parton
I am such a greedy person so when I travel the first thing I am interested in is: food. I was in Paris for almost 2 months and I had the time to find out good places to have lunch. I decided to present only two of them because they are my favorite ones (restaurant crush of the month you know haha). If you have any recommendations for the next time I will go to Paris write them in the comment section it would be so nice to test many restaurants.
The first place I’d like to share with you is my favorite one. I’m talking about Habemus restaurant. I went there for a brunch on a Sunday morning with my best friend. It’s highly recommended to book before coming. We took the 2nd formula called “Le Paname” for 22€. Everything was perfect, the restaurant was clean and the staff really nice.
Now you’re certainly asking yourself “how about the food?”
The food was amazing. Everything is home made. The dressing as you can see on the attached pictures was wonderful. That’s without any hesitation the best place for brunch I have tried so far.

The second place is located the fourth Parisian arrondissement, my favorite Parisian neighborhood. “L’as du falafel” is a Kosher Middle Eastern restaurant. It is a really famous place to eat falafel in Paris. Sometimes, you can wait 20/30 min to eat a falafel but the wait is worth. I have already tried to go to another falafel sandwich restaurant but the taste is not the same at all. If you decide to take away your food, your falafel is made in front of you which is rare nowadays.
What is a falafel? It’s a chickpea ball. Falafel sandwiches are served with hummus, eggplant, and rawness. As you can see, it is a really casual atmosphere. Of course, you can not eat this every day because it’s pretty stodgy but that’s something you should definitely try if you’re going to Paris.
