I scream, you scream, we all scream for Ice Cream!
A week ago, I went to Miami Beach to discover the Museum of Ice Cream: an ephemeral and colorful museum. The perfect place for entertainment, pictures, of course, tasting. To sum up, the paradise for the greediest of us.
The museum is divided into several rooms. Each room has a different universe, with a new degustation. The perfect occasion to discover new ice cream flavors, build a candy tour, or a pink sand castle. I tried some Mochis for the first time, a Japanese ice cream wrapped into rice, and I really liked it.
My only regret is to have been there by night. The place is perfect for IG pictures, but once the nightfall the luminosity is not the best.
If you count on this museum to be your cultural outing of the weekend, you are wrong. History has been put on the side to leave some room for entertainment and lightness.
My opinion? The museum of Ice Cream is the perfect place for a quick return to childhood. I think the visit was relaxing and really interesting. Moreover, the employees are always smiling and welcoming, the ice creams are delicious and the set is amazing. What more could you ask for?
