Fast and Healthy Lunch

Often, I don’t have time to cook or I am just lazy to do it when I go back from school.

Here is my go-to ‘recipe’: healthy and fast, but also thick, to make you hold during all the afternoon.

That’s the kind of pictures you can find on Pinterest but easy to do at home.

The Bagel: there is nothing easier to make than a bagel. All you need is a toasted bagel (obviously), cream cheese, 1/2 avocado, a turkey or chicken ham slice, and that’s it. Actually, you can put whatever you want depending on tastes.

Regarding the smoothie, it is such a good dessert or snack to take away. You can bring it everywhere in a mug if you are in rush. Personally, I like making my smoothie with almond milk and maple syrup instead of regular milk and sugar. Here again, it is really simple to make and customizable. The only thing you have to do is, to blend everything during about 30sec and you have a delicious smoothie. Today, I made mine with raspberries and blueberries. Of course, do not forget to wash your fruits before eating them.
